By installing or using Continue Fashion ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Continue Fashion is a free Chrome browser extension that automatically detects USD prices on webpages and displays an approximate equivalent in Vietnamese Dong (VND) using live exchange rate data.

3. No Financial Advice

The currency conversions provided by the Extension are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, and should not be relied upon for making financial decisions, purchases, or transactions. Exchange rates fluctuate continuously, and the displayed rates may not match the rate applied by your bank, payment processor, or merchant at the time of transaction.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date exchange rates, we make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exchange rate data
• The correct detection of all USD prices on every webpage
• The availability or reliability of third-party exchange rate APIs

The Extension may occasionally misidentify text as a price or fail to detect certain price formats. Use your own judgement when interpreting converted amounts.

5. Use at Your Own Risk

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Continue Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Extension
• Inaccurate currency conversions or exchange rate data
• Any financial decisions made based on information displayed by the Extension
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

7. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Extension, nor may you reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law.

8. Third-Party Websites

The Extension operates on third-party websites but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any of those websites. The Extension does not modify the functionality or data of the websites it operates on — it only adds a visual overlay of converted prices.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Extension at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Extension shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
